My back is the biggest problem I have. I'm in love with those exercises, it's hard to pull it through, I had a surgery on my right shoulder and I still struggle with keeping movements going....but I’m not giving up, this video is very motivating! Thank you!

It's awesome! I'm just did this video again! I'm slim but I just gained some weight after I had 4 surgeries on my foot for bunions (Tailor's bunion as well) and hammertoe! I don't know what I was thinking. I just had a lot of pain in my foot, it was not fun to walk around anywhere even in my house! So I didn't want to exercise anymore, I tried to, but I just wasn't motivated anymore. So happy I got the surgery done though! I can feel some extra weight on my stomach and back from sitting for 7 weeks. :( Now I have to do all those same surgeries on the right foot some day!!

Haha! Six pack back...never heard that before :-). Great workout, though! I used to only do abs, arms, legs, abs, arms, legs, etc. So glad that you have so much more VARIETY than that! Gonna try it without weights next time to see how that impacts it :-).

hello! I do it twice without any weights and the results are amazing! do this minimum 4 times a week and you'll see more results in no time.
