My back is the biggest problem I have. I'm in love with those exercises, it's hard to pull it through, I had a surgery on my right shoulder and I still struggle with keeping movements going....but I’m not giving up, this video is very motivating! Thank you!

It's awesome! I'm just did this video again! I'm slim but I just gained some weight after I had 4 surgeries on my foot for bunions (Tailor's bunion as well) and hammertoe! I don't know what I was thinking. I just had a lot of pain in my foot, it was not fun to walk around anywhere even in my house! So I didn't want to exercise anymore, I tried to, but I just wasn't motivated anymore. So happy I got the surgery done though! I can feel some extra weight on my stomach and back from sitting for 7 weeks. :( Now I have to do all those same surgeries on the right foot some day!!
