I would go with morning workout. Please make sure that you are not feeling lethargic. If you feel lethargic, tired or energy loss then it is better to eat something (Banana oats, apple) before you start the workout. For reducing the fat, we need to be in calorie deficit (burn more calories compared to intake calories)

I am 50yrs old 65 kg weight 5'6hight.I am doing 8pm to 12pm fasting.I do workout in 6 am morning empty stomach.At 12 pm I take coconut water or fruits after hour an hour I take my meal .I have no disease history.Is it ok pls advice me if empty stomach moderate workout is wrong.
