This helped so much my gosh. My heart began racing to the point I felt something was going to happen and this with a low dosage of propranolol helped me immensely 😞

I'm not a doc but would recommend mornings and evenings. And throughout the day, try to notice your breathing and slow it down. You can do the breathing as you fall asleep too.

Why was your heart rate so fast while sitting and relaxing?

I was recording the video and working before sitting down to do the breathing exercise. Starting at 90 isn't that high though for middle of work day

It will lower your heart rate while you do the breathing exercise and for some time after. With daily practice you can see long term effects

I tried that but i couldn't exhale for 8 sec and i felt dizzy

It gets easier with practice, but you can try exhaling for 6 seconds and eventually get comfortable with 8
