Bc its not decimal, but hexadecimal, which is using digits from 0-9 and from a-f. As you can see at the regedit screen, you can choose 2 formats. Decimal and hexadecimal. It uses hexa by default. In hexa format you need 15 different values in 1 digit, but you have only 10 different numbers. So thats why it uses letters for the rest 5, from "A" stands for 10, "B"-11, "C"-12, "D"-13, "E"-14 and finally, "F" for 15.

I see Bluetooth stuff in there the computer said if I turned that off errors whould occur with the Bluetooth devices if one of them can break so thing I use many times a day then I whould like to know what the others do as well
