Thank you for the video. Is it ok to use a can of spray silicone with an applicator tube (ex. Blaster Silicone Lubricant)? Seems like that would be an easy way to apply lubricant to the deck.

Well you are welcome. But can silicone is never recommend by any treadmill manufacturer that I know! When I use can it is normally do to the belt being older and any silicone is better than none. I would try and find one that is food grade! It comes out thicker and sticks to belt better I have a good pic of it in my lubing your Nordic Track video

are you putting lube on the belt above or on the surface below?

You are putting the lube on the deck surface. So when you walk on it the lube gets (smooshed) between the two

WAIT... you run the machine with the belt loose?! Aren't you supposed to tighten it back up before you run it with or without someone standing on it?

In that video I never loosened the belt just installed lube. But yes if you loosen yours retighten

Entire tube?? My tube is 8 oz of treadmill lube. Just to clarify that’s not too much?

Normally they are one oz tubes one oz only
