Great vid. My personal suggestion would be to flip steps 1 & 2: leave Loom running while you’re performing (narrate as you go) a task and then let its AI function document the steps for you - you can always tweak them. Found this to be drastically more efficient that starting with trying to recall and write each step

One huge benefit of the Loom Recordings is that if an employee forgets or needs to double check something they have the recoding at their disposal. You can train them person but it often takes more than one session for someone to learn how to do a task properly. If you have a summery sheet relating to the video - even better!
