They may not know that 20 pound bags are an option and that they're extremely affordable as well as delicious (if washed and cooked properly).

Since Germany is such a nice country where everything is unbelieveably expensive, you can use this simple receipe: Get a pack of Mexican rice (1€) and some Thuna (1.25€). Put the rice in the Microwave for 90 seconds and cook the Thuna in a pot and mix it together at the end. Unbelieveably fast meal prep, tastes amazing, super cheap and you got a ton of calories and protein.

You are probably the only gym guy fitness influencer who cooks meats with vegetables. Most people don't realise that vegan foods actually have way more nutrients than meats. However, humans are not wired to absorb that nutrients. But cooking vegetables with meat and adding lentils, legumes and rice, makes it easier to get that nutrition. You are probably the only one who suggests to eat a balanced diet through actually balanced foods. I totally appreciate you man, keep it up! 😊😊😊
