Can one keep the sandwiches warm in the oven while cooking more sandwiches? What temp? should they be single layer to keep crispy?

This was a good grilled cheese video, but one thing she should have mentioned, is that when you use grated cheese, you should grate the cheese yourself, and not use the packaged pre-shredded cheese. When you look at the ingredient list on the back of a bag of shredded cheddar, you'll almost always find cellulose. It's a common ingredient in pre-shredded cheese, valued for its anti-caking and moisture-absorbing properties. The cellulose is safe to eat, but freshly grated cheese will taste fresher, and will melt better, because the cellulose will make the melted cheese clumpy. The pre-shredded cheese also cost more per pound.
