Lovely sun dried powders. Thank you so much. Please make somethings with the tomato powder and show us how to use it in soups and rasams etc🙏

Very interesting and useful video. I have seen farmers sun drying their excess produce of garlic, onion and red chillies and hand pounding them together with salt to make a red masala chutney powder to use in their daily cooking.

Great idea to remove pulp of tomato before drying mam.... Otherwise making tomato powder is a cumbersome procedure. We will try ur method. Green chillies can be just slit vertically and dried. No need to cut into small pieces also. Thankyou mam for ur timely reminder of making powders Try showing vegetable varugu making please.

Very nice Gita ji....v also make anwla powder nd for that just grate it nd sun dry it....its very useful in making many dishes like kabuli chana, kala chana..u need not to add tea in kabuli chana for color, just add a teaspoon of anwla powder...it gives color, tangy taste nd most important no gas/acidity after consumption....
