I approve this! My 1st start of my journey was cutting out EXACTLY all this and yes, I obviously lost weight fast, but as I have gone thru trial and error, I am still struggling with the binging here and there…but I have learned and trying to REPROGRAM my mind. Walking was my ONLY exercise I first started and I felt better than now that I am weight training. I feel bulking and I don’t want that 😢

I believe he meant do not go under 1200 calories for ladies and 1800 for men. Some people will do extreme low calorie diet and it won’t be sustainable in long run

Studies have shown that eating protein in the morning reduces your hunger signals, so it makes you less hungry throughout the day

I think because it helps to hit your protein goal for the day. The earlier you start the better especially if your protein goal is over 100 grams per day.

With you on all but one point. Ditch the diet soda. Hormone distrupter. And then some. Buy club soda and add to lesser and lesser amts of your favorite soda. I.E. soda + 90% 2x per week or more if that's all you drink during the day. Next week 80% and so on till you are at 5% to the club soda. You can do this!!!!😊
