Thank you Jennifer!! Another wonderful and easy tutorial. :) A video tutorial that no one seems to have is a lace zipper tutorial. Those are so girly, and would look stunning on makeup bags or pouches! Lace zippers are just so pretty!

This is exactly what I need to keep me from 'losing' scissors, rotary cutters, flexion pens, etc. while I'm cutting, hooping and sewing. I have not sewn for 30+ years but you have gotten me sewing again. All of your instructions are so clear and you speak slowly enough to enable me to follow along easily. Thank God for your tutorials and for you.

Gosh, they are so good, made three and wondered what I did before without them. Only used boring plastic leftover plastic food trays so out they went in the recyclable bin. Many thanks xx

I made similar trays but used Velcro in corners so I could flatten out. I use as travel trays and when staying in a hotel or motel I use the trays to keep my watch and keys, etc. together so when I leave in the morning and pack up the trays I know I will not leave anything at the hotel because if the tray is empty, the items are packed for travel.

+Mary Coombe velcro at the corners is a great idea and what a creative way to be sure you didn't leave anything at your hotel. Thank you so much for watching!

wonderful little trays! have you ever considered adding timtex or stitch n shape to give it a little more body? I have used it when embroidering little bowls and they come out great!

+Kathy Nyberg we found that the fusible fleece added enough body for us in this particular project, but you could certainly use either of those products if you have found that you like them!

Thank you for responding. I wanted to make a rectangular tray or box. Just a small one. Working with a square was fine. It was when I tried to work with a rectangle. I saw the cute rectangular box on your table and wanted to make one like it. Thanks. Pat Sent from my iPhone

Have you ever washed these trays in the washing machine? Do you think it would come out okay?
@ShabbyFabrics
@ShabbyFabrics 8 жыл бұрын
+Carolee Wolf we haven't washed any of ours but since these are made with all washable materials, they should do just fine in the wash. They may get a bit wrinkles but you could press them with an iron!

Tudah Rbah (thank you very much, in Hebrew). I so much appreciate these. I will sew some. Before I leave, let me tell you, the real and ancient Hebrew Name of the Creator is Hayah asher Hayah, as in Exodus 3:14, when Moses/Mose asked Him His Name. Also, we are to do the 7 appointed times, in Leviticus 23. HaLLUYaH means, the praise to Yah.
