How to make a Country Style Keto Olive Oil & Grape Cake

Grapes are not considered keto-friendly as they are relatively high in carbs. One cup of grapes contains about 26 grams of net carbs, which is more than the daily carb limit for many people following a ketogenic diet. However, if you have a slice of this cake which is around 9g Net carbs you will still stay in ketosis if you manage your macro carbs.
1½ cups Vital Wheat Gluten
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs
⅔ cup plus 1 tablespoon stevia divided
⅓ cup almond milk
¼ cup olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups seedless red grapes, divided
Net carbs 9g
