BITTER tastes and bitter herbs are a really important taste in our diet. We tend (especially in Western culture) to favor salty and sweet and skip the other tastes like spicy, pungent or bitter. Bitters come from bitter herbs or bitter plants. They cause the body to digest food properly. If you are not eating enough bitters, you may want to make this bitter formula.

Yes, give it a try. But chewabe papaya enzymes are affordable and very good.

YES, I like enzymes. Mightyzyme from Young Living is my favorite. See link in my linktree for my YL Website. This one is for kids, but I like it for adults. Tastes good and does the trick.
