Thanks for watching the video rob. And it’s super easy to build the stand and make the target. You’ll really enjoy it. I’ve put over a thousand rounds through mine already and it’s still in great shape

thanks for this I've been trying to find out the best rubber and the stall mats are cheap and perfect!

What are the rubber mats called exactly? Everyone tells me to look up rubber stall mats but I can never find the correct thing

Got them at rural king they were listed as horse trailer mats.

@@customtacticalinnovations8548 I found a large floor mat for putting in front on a door. It's made of thick rubber, would that also work?
@jefferymitchell507Ай бұрын
Tractor supply, Rural King. They are called stall mats or horse trailer mats.

Have you tried making a hanging target, or should they be fixed? How did you lay out the pad to cut with the jigsaw, keeping it up off the ground to allow for the length of the blade?
@customtacticalinnovations85482 жыл бұрын
Never tried hanging one. I had it propped up on two saw horses still a little tricky.

Do you know if you used a rubber mat that was 3/4" thick or 1/2" thick, I see two different types at my local farm store? I'm thinking the thinner one wouldn't hold up as well, but would be lighter and easier to haul around and hang. Thanks!
@customtacticalinnovations8548 Жыл бұрын
I used the 1/2 sheet and it was still pretty hard to cut with a really good jigsaw blade. I’d say the the bigger mat would be a nightmare to cut.

Here is my attempt: The 3/4" sheet was actually easy with the oscillating saw! kzbin.info/www/bejne/aouvYnmhrrSliZo

I've been wanting to do this for a while now, just haven't. Saw another YT vid (THE other yt vid) where the guy talks about the build and cutout process. Know it would make for great close quarters drills and drills for non-combatants/backdrop scenarios.
