Very cool, I was wondering how these are made. Looks like a fun thing to get into!

Apakah 2 baut itu cukup kuat untuk menahan tekloknya pada kydex? Thanks. 🙏

On small knife holsters, 2 mounting assemblies are fine. If you use the eyelet holes on the outer perimeter of the sheath, you can avoid drilling in the center of the rig. This allows the post head to stay out of the way of the blade when entering the sheath without creating a recess cavity in the design. You can also use 3 posts to mount with, which will add more stability if the knife is larger. Thanks for watching. Let us know if you need more help.

Which buffing wheel do you use?

He's using a cloth buffing wheel on this video...as a backup plan. Pretty much all we use these days are flap wheels. You can still use cloth to finish the edges, but it's far from optimal. Cloth is "old school" for sanding KYDEX, HOLSTEX, Boltaron, ABS and the like. The best way to finish the edge on these materials is with an abrasive flap wheel. In theory, you want all three grits. However, if you're going to choose only one, the 600 grit is the one that most folks go with. Here's where you can find more: www.knifekits.com/vcom/sandingpolishing-flap-wheels-c-1072_1004_1005.html
