Beautiful!! So theres not two greens by celery n broccoli you can add yellow sliced peppers, cherry tomatoes, or radishes :) making this for my air bnb guests, but doing a cream cheese/ whip cream dip for fruit and ranch dip for veg. Ty for sharing

Hi Andrea. I purchased the tray from Restaurant Depot years ago and don’t remember how much the ingredients cost adt this was over a year ago. Best time to get fruit is when it’s on sale because it can be costly.

I use saran wrap and make sure it is wrapped over the top and bottom of the tray and I use a lot of saran wrap

Leiann, how about havong all the ingredients wadhed & cut in separate containers...including the prepared dip, and arranging it at the venue? Just make sure you get there before guests arrive so they don't see you doing it....which also gives you time to put all you containers away.

Adventurous gamer 34 it all depends on the size of your trays. If you are planning to make a fruit tray or a fruit salad, a good rule of thumb is consider a 4 ounce serving per person for the strawberries and grapes. If you are planning to feed 50 people, you would need about 4 ounces per person or 12.5 pounds of grapes and strawberries.

I don’t like cool whip. Can I use real whipped cream? ...and a separate platter for veggies and it’s own dip. Edible flowers make a pretty garnish. Try using one or three fruit bowls (pedestals work nice) for texture...with the spread fruit How about adding some roasted pecans? ...some wrapped chocolates? You could also add a ceramic ornament. Possibilities are endless.
