I stick any fruit that can go brown in some 100% pineapple juice for a bit and then put it on the plate, keeps the brown away much longer :D

I’m sorry you feel this way. I just like to wash my hands in between handling different foods. Gloves are great and are used sometimes but washing my hands works well too 😊
