How to Make a Men I Trust Type Beat in any DAW

what effects did you use for the guitar? is it a stock plug in? do you have any alternative recommendations if so?

For the guitar I recorded it through my interface, then ran it through guitar rig pro which is a plug in that emulates different amplifiers, I then used chorus, delay, and long reverb to give it that pink floyd/surfer guitar sound. I'd be happy to try to help you figure out how to get that sound. Which DAW are you in? Also, would you be recording your guitar into your computer or using samples?
