190g…Granulated sugar
Lemon juice
・Compote jelly
300ml…peach compote juice
15g…gelatin
"①Put all the ingredients except peaches in a pot and bring to a boil.
②Cut the peach into 1/4 to 1/2 pieces and add the peeled peach and heat over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Transfer to a container and cool in ice water
③ Drain the peach
④Boil 300ml of compote juice and add 15g of gelatin that has been reconstituted with water.
⑤ Drain the peach and fill it into the mold."

20g …granulated sugar
50ml…milk
3g…gelatin
