I want to do a 8 into 1 turbo manifold for a pair of turbochargers. And then do a turbo back exhaust for an exhaust pipe on each side. Is this possible? The engine that I plan on using is a Chevy LS if that makes a difference. Thanks for any advice.

They arent technically welded, but depends on yout penetration from the outside. I dont worry too much as it ends up working exactly the same
