This was my favorite thing when i was living up in Preston for about 6 months or so for work. Cool experience as an American. Found this pub out in the countryside with sheep and chickens all over the place. Tried this dish and loved it. Went well with several pints of cask ale! Thanks for the recipe!!

Hey Adam. Thanks for your honest words I’m lucky atm as I’m in Australia but I’ve been through a very similar experience It happens when you feel that you are bashing your head constantly against a brick wall & you have no options & can’t stop doing it. I know you’ll be ok because you are not out of control really & you are & will address the problem. Especially in your case when the vaccine arrives. Just want to say that you are on the money with the idea of meditation. It sure worked for me. You also have to think about your life & try to figure out if there’s anything else you need to change. I did that & it also worked. Don’t worry about us, there’s plenty of your stuff for us to try while you look after yourself. Your brain has to know you will look after it Very best wishes from Aussie Bob

@@Adam_Garratt ha ha ha.... When they run across the windscreen at night and you don't know if they're inside the car or outside, it's a bit of a worry. They run fast across the ceiling too, but for the most part, as long as they stay up in the corner of the cornices they're fine, it's when they come down to eye level I'm not too keen on them. LOL

This looks delicious! There's no way I can get lamb for a decent price in the states so I might use beef instead. Not sure if that's allowed but I think The consequences will be minimal

The consequences will be Lancashirians banging on your door in the middle of the night. But beef would be great, just not the same. But more importantly why on earth is lamb so expensive in the states!? 😂😱❤️

I wanted some ham hocks for split pea soup. And a piece of meat for an ossco bucco. And a lamb shank for a nice stew like yours. I don't have a first born to give away. I'll have to get a cheap cut of beef and slow cook it for 8 hours, low and slow.

Dammit Adam I don't like lamb, no doubt it would taste amazing to those lamb lovers. Just about to dig into your chicken hot pot. I'm working my way through your recipes with an aim to mix things up a little bit xx

Should try my first ever video. Fennel sausage and lemon potatoes. It's cringe as fuck but the recipe is good. 😂❤️
