I think we can no longer host a server with playit anymore with Steam Client new update and Playit updates itself, I tried every thing not only from this tutorial for hrs and yet still couldn't make it.

Hello kevin, You head over to library in steam and go to the search bar Found in the top screen and then you search for unturned dedicated server and make sure it's updated

Me sucedió que al querer entrar al server me mandó un error de server is unreachable o algo parecido, cerrando la tarea de unturned y steam y luego reiniciando el PC se arregló, espero les sirva.
