Hey David. I'll definitely be placing an order for your new books. I have the Bandsaw one for years and have had a blast making some of those boxes. Unfortiunately *steps 20 to 23 are missing from the Chicago box.* I figured it was just my copy and let it slide but one of your screen shots on your site shows that it does indeed jump from step 19 to 24. Maybe those steps could be made available as a PDF or something?
@MakeSomething

Very nice, still waiting for the version that has wireless charging, an epoxy river, and a secret compartment but all that aside i still really enjoyed this video and project, i didn't think the cherry accents were too bad but yeah going lighter or maybe even darker would have probably looked better, but for using what you had i would still buy that serving tray

You can easily change this to a folding laptop table or create an insert for one. Maybe cut out a grove on the inside to set in the insert. And then cut out a long hole on the insert to hold a tablet.

You serve a Royal with cheese on that? :) A couple years ago I needed to make 9 picture frames. I considered making them with my chop saw and tuning them up with my miter trimmer, but that sucks. Came across your picture frame sled, so I made a modified version of that (glued the square to a sub-panel instead of shims, so it's always square to itself, but adjustable). I also used the blue tape method for clamping, and purposely left the tape on for the splines, since the wood I was using was splintery. The glue cleanup is MUCH easier, so I'll be doing that from now on!!
