Absolutely love this pattern! I’ve made a few already. A tip if you have difficulty with the buckram - cut it and the brim pieces bigger all around, fuse, then cut with the pattern piece. Wastes a little bit of fabric, but less fiddly. ❤️😃

Ty for this I've been trying to work out how to make caps and I didn't make one or 2 but it's a bit of a note mate this is a great alternative I have photophobia so the sun and even normal daylight really hurts my eyes I have to have prescription tinted glasses but still have issues to these wud be great and wud be easier to make that sun hats for my grand kids

A local DIY shop has reels of clear, flexible tubing in many diameters, sold by the yard/metre. . These would be good for turning when sewing straps, etc. July'24. UK. E❤
