This project is perfect for learning how to create the illusion of distressed wood that is perfectly vintage! You can use this technique on so many other projects, especially furniture (it adds that extra layer of depth that’s to die for)!

Just getting started here with IOD. I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH: by failures! Lol. It was a shocker though. I thought I’d just pick your stencils , stamps and transfers up and away I’d go. It sure didn’t turn out that way. I’m writing today because I caught this video and I appreciate the care you give us in explaining HOW to do these projects. It’s not exactly hard but you DO have to think, figure out what goes where, background or foreground and which things will go with which things. I just assumed I could pick it up like Jami & Zeb or the myriad of others. Well, sure, I WILL be able to. But first I need to keep watching your videos which are very thorough and comprehensive. Just wanted pop in and thank you for that!

Beautiful as always. Was just wondering if by any chance for your next release, could you possibly make a woodland stamp set and mould, with badgers, squirrels, more rabbits, mice and an owl would be lovely and maybe a bear and raccoon with some mushrooms thrown in for good measure lol, i think that would sell out fast.
