Love your videos and personality Gina 💗 in 07’ i was paralyzed from a car accident. I also had a trachea, chest tubes, broken back, both arms and hands broken. My hip crushed causing me to bleed extremely bad internally. I had bleeding of the brain and then had to deal with bedsores due to neglectful staff. I was 17 at the time. I’m 29 now I have a beautiful daughter, no I cannot walk and rely on a wheelchair. Although life isn’t always easy I am blessed to be here on earth. You really show how genuinely thankful you are Gina and that says so much about your character. You are so absolutely sweet. Your videos really do uplift me , you’re such a positive energy. Yummy! Your chicken looks so good! I'm definitely giving this recipe a try. I think my husband will love it if I make it for him. Rice a Roni sounds like a good side dish but since we're Mexican the rice would probably be Spanish rice. Either way this recipe is great for lunch or dinner! I did a catfish style wet batter for my chicken tenders similar to this! Bread chicken, mix in a tall glass Mayo, Ranch, Ranch Seasonings, Diced Garlic, Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, Dip chicken tenders in glass, then Bread chicken in flour mixture, Bake on 375 for 20-25 minutes. Mmmm mmm man is it delicious! Serve with Mac N Cheese & a salad.

This was my daughter's favorite way to have chicken n pork chops growing up. Now that she's 23 and on her own, she makes it for herself and her boyfriend. Going to go over to check out your pork chop recipe for this and see if you add anything different. Making them Tonite along with mashed potatoes and stuffed zucchini boats. Still praying for your son's complete recovery. He's such a cute young man! We aren't doing anything this weekend. Husband flies back to the CTCA in Zion Illinois on Monday, so we are just spending time together before he leaves for the week. 👍

I've had the pork chops and oh my goodness yes they are so good now where we live we don't have the crumbs so I just bought some cereal and took a can of green beans and crunched the cereal up real fine to where we did it have the crumbs in the end but oh man they are so good not dry at all juicy tender don't even need a knife
