Very easy to make your own alchol inks with dried out sharpies(or new)and the higher %rubbing alcohol. Saves you alot of money!

I tried an alcohol ink class before and we blew thru a straw to move the colors around and mix them. It created a neat look and you could somewhat control where the colors went. You might get a bit light headed so take breaks in between all that blowing. Lol!

Question though: can I use this when making Christmas ornaments and if I can, is it better to use glass or plastic (like those from Dollar Tree) balls or does it even matter?
