You can use a rubber band for pulling the second trigger. If the trigger is pulled the whole way, the rubber band will compensate the way for the first trigger to get pulled.

Consider, though, that pulling the acceleration trigger and the primary trigger at the same time will jam the blaster. The flywheels need a few seconds to rev up to speed before any darts can be fired.

Matty Fisher logistical nightmare. Nerf has to approve use of their product and the weight of the wood or metals would significantly increase prices as opposed to just going to a local hardware store. It's not financially viable unless it was something a shit ton of people would buy and I mean a shit ton. Also takes away from the spirit of the channel. I think they just mean a (wireless) hidden button on a regular watch. It appears more realistic when the "call" comes in without any visual cues, and being on your phone and navigating through apps can appear very rude and have consequences depending on the situation. Setting a timer doesn't really work all the time either, because your plans can change, etc. Overall I think this would be a really cool idea/prank to see exist.

How many watts is a central locking actuator? Usually 42w would make a fire rate of about 90 per minute depending the model, 20w would double the fire rate with turn signal flasher relay

I noticed Colin did not modify, disassemble or damage the blaster in any way. Remove the string and clip the zip ties and you have the same blaster as you started with.

Hiby2305 S It is really simple. 1. Grind down match heads into a thin powder (try not to get wood in the powder) 2. Scrape of the striker of a match box with a knife until you get half of the amount of powdered match heads you have 3. Mix it slowly within a container without tools because this is friction sensitive 4. make a small warhead with paper, fill it up with the powder and stick it on the tip of the dart. Tips: Make the (Matchead) powder thinner to have a faster burn time or thicker to have a slower burn time This powder can also be used to substitute gun powder but beware this thing goes off with friction or if it is hit.

For the two separate triggers, use a bit of elastic cord on the lower one, this will allow both triggers to fire. As the cord pulls, first the bottom button will be activated, and then the elastic will allow the cord to stretch a bit and keep pulling until the second trigger is activated. So tie one cord to the actuator, and run that cord to the trigger, wrap an elastic gently around the lower button, and back to the cord, tie it to the main cord so that it is just resting on the button. When the cord is pulled, the elastic will engage first, activating the motor, and then the trigger will be pulled. Easy. This will allow to have full auto, without having to leave the motor running, wasting battery, and giving away the gun position with noise. Also, you dont have to run up and set the band. Hope this helps.

After making this turret I slightly altered it, well, really altered it. I bought two traxxas velinion electrical kits and replaced the stock motors and electronics, except the loading mechanism's. Adding 2 servos in the proper ways and a lazy Susan bearing allows you to adjust the rotation and angle of the blaster. An additional servo can also be used to pull the trigger as the motors spin up using the traxxas remote rather than the actuator this makes the whole system wireless and can be operated as far as the remote can remain connected. Just for fun I mounted my go pro to the blaster and used the live view to see where I was aiming.
