How to make an easy and tasty beef and pumpkin tray bake

You can substitute the beef for lamb, I have chosen beef simply because it is healthier otherwise lamb will work even better. you can also use sugar instead of honey again I have chosen honey because it is healthier . This dish is traditionally served with rice.
Tip- I am using small pumpkins which I find are sweeter and creamer than the large ones.
