Some Egyptian restaurants add fried eggplant🍆 to the tammayya sandwich, along with sliced boiled eggs and French fries. Can you show recipe foe fried eggplant.

I love Falafel, but had no clue there was a way to make it spicy without a dip or without messing up the recipe. So I just need Cayenne Pepper when making it? Thanks for the tip, I will now subscribe ^^

To make it fluffy not compact/dense. Some people like it dense though, but mostly it’s better when it’s fluffy.

Why did you use an egg? i have made felafels for 30 years since visiting Cairo and never used eggs. I do not think that is authentic sorry. I also do not think you need baking powder. :)

There are many recipes for falafel 🥙. Eggs make it fluffy not compact in texture. Feel free to not add eggs or baking soda if you prefer the texture to be compact.

Ahln beeky 😊 I prefer to use green onions as it has more fibers and some people use regular onions too. So it’s not really a rule. You do what you like 😊
