Any tips for chorizo cooking? Mine always comes out so greasy.
@EATffortlessCooking4 жыл бұрын
I use no oil most chorizo by nature will be greasy once it’s done cooking Pile the chorizo to one side of the pan grab a spoon tilt the pan a bit and while your over your sink spoon out as much grease as you can .

Any tips for making hard shells any better? Anything you can do to make them more tasty?
@EATffortlessCooking6 жыл бұрын
If you like to use packaged shells I put mines in the oven but not before I sprinkle fajita seasoning on them if not use the taco seasoning as well and it will Boost the flavor to your shells!

I can never get my chorizo to look and taste like the chorizo at our favorite taquerias. After watching your video, I think my issue has been not keeping my pan on medium high heat. I always cooked it on medium low and the chorizo would have no bite to it.
@EATffortlessCooking Жыл бұрын
Two things I would say it could be , the quality of Chorizo your buying or like you said the heat control

EATffortlessCooking, I put a little bit of vegetable oil and my chorizo turned out to be really liquidity and less meat looking like yours. I cooked it at med temp taking about 15 to 18 minutes to finish cooking. What did I do wrong. 9/4/17
@lbatemon1158 Жыл бұрын
Higher heat. Mine ALWAYS turned out like you're describing. I turned the heat up to medium high like he said (halfway between MED and HIGH on my gas stove), and my chorizo finally looks like how we get it at our favorite taqueria! 👏👏👏
