It's the same process as making regular mozzarella cheese. You just made African style cheese.

Hello, i tried out the recipe, but after taking off the water from the cuddle, the cuddle breaks to pieces, i can't slice it. What am i doing wrong?
@rasheedatsule8866Ай бұрын
Maybe you didn't tight it very well and make sure to put heavy something on top next time. By doing so the water will drain very well to avoid scattering
@aminaisha3475Ай бұрын
You most likely didn't add enough pap water or the pap water wasn't sour enough or what the first commenter said.
@nwarucynthia1153 ай бұрын
Must it be pap water that you will add?
@aminaumar-ky8fi2 ай бұрын
You can add some lemon juice

@@aminaumar-ky8fi tried it out but didn't turn out good it was scattering😩but we keep learning. My question, wen washing the soya beans will you wash off the skin just like we wash beans for moi moi?

Pls educate me more on this, I see this as eating chaff. U have removed all the nutritional items already nah
@DEBBYATUBI4 ай бұрын
Actually, it was the chaff she removed and the milk is what you are eating. Can be substituted for meat and fish and is a good source of protein.
