Sure here is it. It's also in the description below the video incase you need jt again. Cheers What you will need Small or medium saucepan Whisk 2 Cups of Yellow Mustard ½ Tablespoon of Kosher Salt ½ Tablespoon of Black Pepper ½ Tablespoon of Garlic Powder ½ Tablespoon of Cayenne Pepper 2 Tablespoons of Worcheshire sauce ½ cup of Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Cups of Honey ½ cup of Light Brown Sugar ------------------ Directions Pour in all ingredients into sauce pan Whisk ingredients until BBQ sauce turns yellow Place on stove at low heat, continue to whisk to avoid burning and sticking Once sauce begins to simmer remove from heat Once the sauce is cool poor into condiment bottle I recommend letting sit for 24hrs, this will allow all the seasoning to fully mix together and all give all the flavors time marry

Just made this for the pork butt I'm smoking and it's very good! I changed it up a little with 3/4 cups of brown sugar and 2 tbl spoons of maple syrup for a little more sweetness.

@@BackyardSmoke614 sir, I just made this and it is absolutely amazing. I might try just a tad more cider because I love the tang. I'm actually surprised it's got more heat behind it than I was reading for but it's not too much. I just wasn't expecting it it! I learned how to make my own Bleu cheese awhile back and it's always what the first thing people ask for when we grill "every weekend" and I'm sure after I bring this to the table on wings that's next.

@@BackyardSmoke614 you are missing out not making the blue yourself. I tried many recipes before I settled on my favorite but one thing I learned that was the game changer is run all the ingredients including the Bleu cheese together in a food processor and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours to let the flavor blend. The potency of the Bleu comes out much more so when you first blend it, it should taste a bit weaker than you want. Plus I sprinkle in some full crumbs after because I love when you dip a wing in there and come up with that big chunk on top.

Howdy mister. Did you find a blue cheese recipe yet? I was just making a batch and about to make more your sauce for wings tonight. If you haven't try mine for a start. Being upstate ny we are blue cheese snobs for our wings and my friends can't get enough of it. Easy peasy 1 cup blue cheese 3/4 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayo 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, salt and pepper 1 table spoon of lemon juice, about half a lemon Throw it all in a food processor and grind until you get to your preference of smooth. I think I mentioned when you taste test it will not be as blue as expected but you'll taste the other spices. It needs to rest in the fridge at least a few hours. If you like to get those big chunks of crumbly in there simply reserve some from the 1 cup and toss it in after blending the rest. Hope you enjoy if you try it! Oddly most recipes call for more mayo than sour cream or straight mayo and everyone here agrees they like this ratio better.
