I have made these twice now and this recipe is perfect. I make eight smaller bowls and they are perfect for the New England clam chowder soup I make. Thank you for sharing this recipe. Very easy to follow and love the explanations along the way too. I love your pizza dough recipe too.

What size is your mixer bowl? I think mine is ( 5 1/2 qts) ? Is that big enough for 7c.flour? TY.

I have a 5qt mixer so if yours is 5.5 you’ll be good to go. 😊

If you have the room in your oven and the power to mix it all at once go right ahead. My oven isn’t big enough so I haven’t done it personally but I don’t foresee any issues. 😊

You can use all purpose flour but the bread won't have the same chewy, bready texture. Bread flour is the better option here. :)

It did turn out perfect(wish I could post a pic), I had no choice but to use AP flour so that might be why it took less flour. But it turned out perfect
