All I can say for this cake that is moist,easy to make and very delicious 😋 Perfect for Christmas 🎄
For this delicious recipe you need:
6-eggs room temperature
1cup-sugar(230g)
1/2cup-sour cream(100g)
1 1/3cup-flour(200g)
1/2cup-cocoa powder(50g)
1tsp-vanilla
1/4tsp-salt
1/3cup-oil(75ml)
Cream:
226g-mascarpone cheese
250ml-heavy cream
1/3cup sugar(75g)
Ganache:
250ml-heavy cream
200g-chocolate chips
50g-unsalted butter
Bake 375F or 180C:15min
