Hello hope you ok same way as cream only you need to use cold curd in jug and leave on for 3 to 5 minutes then white butter start to comes up then u can take out and squeezed properly then u can keep butter in fridge for week 👍

This is elmea...it is not real double cream. Read the ingredients
