How to make chicken liver pâté

 I absolutely love chicken livers so this one is one of my favorites. The amount of matter in this recipe is ridiculous but it is necessary and worth it. Everything in moderation right?! This is a good one to impress your friends with and it doesn’t take long at all. Grab these ingredients and enjoy the video!
1 pound of chicken livers
6 tablespoons of butter
1 small diced shallot
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tablespoon of capers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tablespoons white wine

I like that copper pan. Is there a reason you use that instead of a different kind? Like transferred flavors or something like that?

Nope that’s just my preferred pan to use aside from our cast iron skillet!
