Kombucha is packed with probiotics that are great for your gut.  And it’s a great substitute for sodas if you’re trying to kick that habit. Below I will include a recipe for the ratios that you will need to make your first batch of kombucha.
FIRST FERMENT
1 gallon of green or black tea (use a tea without essential oils)
1 cup of kombucha starter
1 cup of sugar
SECOND FERMENT
1/4 of fresh fruit or preserves (Or 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey)
