Thank you for sharing these look delicious! I can’t wait to give them a try! I’m allergic to 🍊 oranges so I’m going to double the 🍋 lemon. I’m also hoping that, since we’re not drinkers in this house 🤷🏻‍♀️, that replacing the rum with vanilla extract won’t change the taste too much. Hi Ann, Yes double Lemon is fine .. we are not Drinkers either , so I get that. I use Alcohol to bake and cook with though; as it evaporates and leaves behind a great flavour boost in some recipes. Having said that Vanilla is almost always a perfect substitute! well done.! God bless You and keep you safe in 2021.
