Just a hint, use a scraper to get the dough off your hands and your surfaces. That's going to keep your final product nice and tender, meaning you won't be adding so much extra flour. Also, add a bit of oil to your hands and surface instead of flour to keep them from sticking so much. That's 2 things I've learned from baking bread and pastries over the last 4 years or so. And I've also made your cinny rolls at least twice successfully. Thanks for your great recipe. The first time I made it, I used too much flour to keep it off my hands and they were good, but the oil trick made them just a tad better. 👍🏻😉❤️

My Lithuanian grandmother made these..she made a sweet dough, rolled it onto the dining room table bc it was the only place large enough. Tons of sugar, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and chopped pecans and walnuts. Once baked my cousin Lucille and I delivered trays of them to the priests at her Church, the local doctor, police department, fire department, and then all the people who had been nice and respectful to her during the year. I think it was at least 50 different addresses that we had to go to!! Miss Gramma Meyers and her rolls!

I just made these for our Christmas breakfast and they were the best I have ever made!!!! A few things I tweaked: Used dark brown sugar Used brown sugar instead of white in dough Poured some cream over the rolls before putting them in the oven (this creates a gooey, cinnamon sugar caramel at the bottom of the pan) And made a brown butter cream cheese frosting. (8 oz of brown butter, 10 oz cream cheese tablespoon of vanilla and powdered sugar until it’s the sweetness you desire) Thank you so much for this recipe!!! It’s amazing!
