Superbly clear instructions, thank you! Do wish you'd cut back on the cling film, though. What a load of plastic wasted just to make a treat at home! It's not as if we didn't have haute cuisine before cling film. Whatever happened to lids and kitchen towels and cupboards?

I enjoyed the video but the sound's really quite disappointing. When Helen did the mini baguettes video her voice was beautifully clear and distinct and at a decent volume. On this one her voice fades at times and the volume is lower and not as easy to make out.
