SLOW COOKER CORNED BEEF HASH
IN TODAY'S VIDEO I SHOW YOU HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE BUT DELICIOUS AND WARMING, EVEN COMFORTING DINNER.
THIS IS A TRADITIONAL CORNED BEEF HASH BUT USING A SLOW COOKER, SO YOU CAN MAKE THE MOST OF THE REST OF YOUIR DAY.
SLOW COOKER CORNED BEEF HASH
INGREDIENTS:
5 Potatoes We used King Edwards (or any floury variety) washed and then cubed with skins left on.
1 Tin of corned beef cubed
1 Onion roughly chopped
4 Carrots diced.
200-250mls beef stock
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh thyme
3 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper

Ours took a bit longer in the slow cooker than we said. I turned it to high for the last 2 hours. It was delicious but I had left overs the day after and oh my goodness it was even more lush xx
