Aight here's a tip. Use the yellow mustard first so it can also act like a bonder for the seasoning and then coat it with the sauce. Doesn't sound like much but it just makes it better somehow.

This looks good! I use vinegar to clean my pork. I have to try the baking soda to tenderize it. Thank u!

Girl you had my family’s mouth watering. Tried your tenderizing tip, worked perfectly. Thanks, the ribs came out perfect. Making them again for Thanksgiving 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽

The best way is to apply a dry rub and let it sit in the fridge for 30 mins then cook it the crock pock for a good hour then you have your meat tenderized and extra flavorful because that dry rub will settle into the meat so when you fry it the flavor will already be cooked into the meat. It’s just like getting the ribs ready for the smoker on only difference is you’re frying instead of smoking. Ya’ll have to come up eith your own dry rub recipes because I can’t give out my secret 🤪

I’m sorry, but 10 minutes tenderize? That is not enough time for any meaningful penetration. If I’m wrong then let me know. I’m a big boy, I can take it. However, I’ll still try this method. My boys love them some breaded pork chops and hate anything I grill. I just got a steal on some country style ribs so I’m hoping they’ll like this recipe.
