This will be a lot easier then the other video. The 1st one i saw had fresh spinach cooked down and all the extra stuff it looked amazing but very time consuming. This seems easier and still looks good to pair with nice seasoned chicken breast. Cant wait to make it.

When you say “ we had some half and half”, what is this referring too? Milk or heavy cream?

Half and half is a type of milk that people also use in their coffee. It literally says half and half on the carton. You can find it by the heavy whipping cream at your grocery store.

Thaw your frozen spinach in a colander then as it is thawing out the water goes down the drain.

nikita patterson you’ll still need to squeeze it to get the excess water out. Thawing it in a colander is a mess to clean up as the spinach just seeps through the colander holes. Thanks for watching!!
