@recipesandhospitalitywithclara
@recipesandhospitalitywithclara Жыл бұрын
Thank you so much Mercy for watching! Since these are homemade with nothing to extend shelf life, I would trust keeping them for 3 days. To keep them crispy. Store them in an airtight container. Hope that helps. I also don't make so much at a time. I make what my young ones can finish at a time. I've hence never had to store them for too long

Good evening ma'am. Just came across your channel and I have subscribed too. Bit my question is, do you have to cook the potatoes before frying. Again can you spice it
@recipesandhospitalitywithclara
@recipesandhospitalitywithclara 11 ай бұрын
Good evening to you! Thank you so much for subscribing. I sincerely appreciate this. For this recipe, you don't have to cook or boil the potatoes before frying. Because they are cut so thin, they'll cook through when you deep fry. I hope this helps.
@recipesandhospitalitywithclara
@recipesandhospitalitywithclara 11 ай бұрын
I don't usually spice. I suppose you can spice too if you'd like. I think you could sprinkle the spice when they are still hot once you've removed them from the cooking oil.

Hi Michael, I'm not quite sure why that's happening.. Might they be too thick? As I fry them and stir, I keep ensuring that once they are crispy, I remove them. Please don't give up. Keep trying a few each time until you could tell where the problem is.
