Hope that helps. I also don't make so much at a time. I make what my young ones can finish at a time. I've hence never had to store them for too long

Hi Michael, I'm not quite sure why that's happening.. Might they be too thick? As I fry them and stir, I keep ensuring that once they are crispy, I remove them. Please don't give up. Keep trying a few each time until you could tell where the problem is.
