Great video. Lately I've been breaking tradition and making my cortadito with brown sugar and oat milk.

Thank you for this video. I was born and raised in Miami but my family is not Cuban. We are Central American. Anyway, since I can get Cuban Coffee anywhere in Miami, I never tried learning how to make it. Now I moved to South Carolina and you cant find Cuban Coffee like this anywhere unless you make it yourself. Your video helped me learn bring a taste from home to South Carolina. 😊

Thank you very much for that. I have a Bealetti, and I’ve always wanted to try making other cultures coffee creations with it. Now I’m sitting on my couch enjoying my Cuban Coffee! ☕️ 🙂

I'm going to try cafecito cubano today for the first time, so I've been watching lots of videos. Yours is the best and most complete one out there. Congrats! And thank you! Y de paso me resolviste la duda de qué pasa si se reutiliza el mismo café una segunda vez... y resutla que hasta tiene nombre: "burrita". Muchas, muchas gracias por compartir tu experiencia. Saludos y un abrazo.

@@AnitasDelights The first two were way too sweet for my taste (maybe I used too much sugar to make the azuquitar?), but the café con leche was one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted in my life. 🥰 Thank you for the recipes! ☕

Can you show us how to make a proper Cuban Buchi like I buy in Key West?
@chadith4 ай бұрын
The Burrita (I think I'm spelling that correctly) for the kids is almost depleted from caffeine because: A) Heat burns up the caffeine content B) All the caffeine gets extracted the first time you run water through the moka pot C) Bustelo is a dark roasted coffee, so it has less caffeine than lighter roasted coffee. So, the burrita is safe for the kids. I think most people confuse "strong coffee" with "strong flavor" rather than caffeine content. I personally can't use Bustelo anymore because I'm so used to fresh roasted coffee and I grind it fresh as well. I love making cuban coffee with it.

Update: I followed your directions using fresh ground coffee, two weeks off the roaster. I love it. The whipped sugar/crema (sugar foam) makes it really delicious. Very nice. Thanks for this video.

@Zachary Reed but imported from Cuba? Really?
@AnitasDelights Жыл бұрын
Not necessarily imported from Cuba. But it’s Cuban style coffee. You can buy brands like Bustelo, pilon, cafe la llave.

All that is typical Italian expresso which foam at the top is beige in color that's called capuchino meaning the cape of the Chinese which is beige and those small cups are called demi half-tasi cup from 🇮🇹 which means half cup
