Ur right Sneaker. Not only PSU cover, but by far the BEST acrylic work I've EVER seen. I've been thinkin hard bout getting into this meself, so I've been watchin a boatload of acrylic mod videos. I've seen some good channels, and I've seen some really good ones, but my Gawd,, Declassified- you are truly in a class all your own! Subbed for life, Holmes & BTW--- you have inspired me to start acrylic work for sure. I'm picking up a sheet this weekend to thoroughly embarrass meself with!!! LMAO

what are those blue things on the sides of your dremel saw, mine doesnt have those but it does have the spots for it
@offsuit578 жыл бұрын
I like the work you are doing. I feel like some better tool decisions would make your work faster, easier and safer. Hopefully you already have some plans for tool upgrades. I think a band saw, and a table saw with a sled would great improve your workflow and safety. Keep up the good work, and be careful with those tools!
@DeclassifiedSystems8 жыл бұрын
Thanks and i will be careful ,I was planning on getting a laser cutter or a cnc machine/Xcarve for cutting acrylic for the reasons of accuracy perfect cuts and it's faster but up to now i can't really afford to buy one even if i wanted to.I have many tools i have bought through the years ,but laser and cnc is much safer, faster and precise but too damn expensive.it's only a dream here in my country to have one and 2nd of all i have 3 kids all girls 13 ,10 and 6 here in my country getting your kids in a good or private school is very expensive and that's why i think i can never afford to buy better ,faster and accurate tools.Thanks again for your concern its the first time i had a comment like yours.

no problem, like I said stay safe, take care of yourself and your family! Thanks for the content.

do you bend or glue together the large pices of acrylic panels for the shroud?
@DeclassifiedSystems7 жыл бұрын
It depends on the kind of shroud design mostly its bent sometimes it's glued sir.

Its not true sir you can make it also with simple tools like steel saw, sand paper and a file, back then that's the only thing i use. Eventually i bought some tools so that it would be faster and easier and that's the reason why i have those tools, but not having those machines i can also make that psu shroud with same design and quality.Its aa question of how bad you want to do it and not the tools that you dont have. Cheers!

You too can make custom stuff... if you have several thousand dollars worth of equipment. It's a nice shroud, but not a how to.
@DeclassifiedSystems7 жыл бұрын
The equipments i used sir is not expensive a dremmel moto would cost you less than a 100 dollars and my custom made tile cutter that i made myself just cost me 80 bucks, but you can also do this by just using simple scoring knife and steel saw back then its just the tools i had.
@DevTheBigManUno7 жыл бұрын
Declassified Systems do you have any bids of you making it? the tools I mean
@DeclassifiedSystems7 жыл бұрын
oh the custom table saw i dont have a video making that but it is really easy just take the motor of a tile cutter weld a few metal bars for the mounting and some aluminium bars for the guide thats it. But i think my custom acrylic bender that i also did myself i have a video i look for it in my files and send you the video or link. i only upload videos of custom pc and not how to do diy equipment stuff maybe nextime i will
