There are various types of SALTED CARAMEL.
The color you achieve depends on the temperature of your stove and how fast you add the butter.
NOTICE: For the dark caramel I did not add salt because I don’t want it too salty cos I used Margarine.
Margarine as we all know is already salted and I decided to skip the salt.
If you want the salt element, go ahead and add to yours.
Your light salted caramel can be slightly darker than mine, if you want it darker.
Delicious sauce for toppings, frosting, and drizzling.
