Pls whenever I tried I don’t normally that ayamase aroma. It will look good, test nice but that scent and aroma is always missing. Any help?

It's the bleaching of the palmoil i believe gives it the ayamase aroma. Then it depends on the peppers you use not to give it a bitter taste when you cook it.

Thank you for this question. Based on where i live here in the UK, ok i dont know whete you are watching me from? In this case they required no Locust beans in it. I hope you feel me
