◆Bread dough
・Bread flour : 200g
*If you divide it into two bowls, about half each, the yeast will melt well and you won't fail easily

・Yeast : 3g (1 tsp)
・Sugar : 18g (2 tbsp)
・Milk (40°C) : 140cc
[Bowl B]
・Salt : 3g (1/2 tsp)
・Unsalted butter : 25g
◆Filling
・Chocolate bar : six pie
*You can use your favorite chocolate bar
◆For finishing
・Bread flour, as needed
✴︎Rising time
First time : About 25~ min (40℃) / Second time : About 20~ (35℃)
*Time is only a guide, so please adjust it according to how the dough puffs up
*Preheat the oven just before the end of the second fermentation.
✴︎Baking time
Bake at 130°C for 18 min
